Resources & courses

For young women, and gender-diverse people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or like they're constantly trying to fit into a world that wasn't designed for them.

I have created the toolkits for the girls, gays and theys who find themselves saying:

"Why do I feel this way?"

"Why is life so overwhelming?"

"When will things change?"

Maybe you’re not "bad at life."

Maybe you’ve been trying to manage a life that asks you to override yourself every day.

You might be exhausted from masking, disconnected from your needs or unsure who you are underneath other people’s expectations. You might understand yourself intellectually, but still find everyday life overwhelming. Or perhaps you’re ready to make changes, but you don’t know what a life that genuinely fits you would look like.

You don’t need another resource telling you to become more productive, more disciplined or better at tolerating environments that leave you depleted.

You may need space to understand what your mind and body have been communicating, practical ways to live more sustainably, and permission to create a life around who you actually are.

That’s what these resources are designed to support. Explore below:

Most self-help programs teach people how to change themselves. This workbook teaches you how to understand yourself deeply enough to stop living AGAINST yourself. Program takes you through the following content and helps you answer the following questions:

  1. Understanding myself → Who am I?

  2. Understanding my story → Why am I like this?

  3. Understanding how I function → How do I naturally move through the world?

  4. Building a life that fits → Given everything I've learnt, how do I want to live?

Stop trying to fix yourself.

Start understanding yourself.
