Medicare and Private Sessions
I want to ensure our therapeutic journey feels safe and straightforward. If you are seeking neuroaffirming mental health occupational therapy, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates via a Mental Health Treatment Plan. I suggest booking a longer appointment with your GP to discuss your needs. To claim the rebate, your referral must be in my name and specifically mention the Mental Health Treatment Plan. This pathway typically offers up to 10 rebated sessions each calendar year to support your wellbeing.

- On the day we meet, I ask that you pay the full fee via bank transfer. I will then provide a receipt for you to claim your Medicare rebate directly. Our $195 video sessions (50+ minutes) receive an $89.50 rebate. Please note that sessions under 50 minutes receive $63.40. I will contact you once a referral is received.

NDIS Funded Therapy Services
I work with NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. As an unregistered provider, I focus on offering flexible, neuroaffirming care that honours your individual strengths. Please note I am unable to accept agency-managed participants at this time. I bill NDIS funding at the current rate of $193.99 per hour, as per the NDIS Price Guide (last checked July 2026). This supports my work in fostering identity safety.
Clinical Supervision
I provide supervision for therapists looking to grow their neuroaffirming and trauma-informed practice. I treat supervision as professional development, and I bill it separately from my therapeutic clinical work. My supervision fee is a fixed rate of $200 including GST, which you may be able to claim as a business expense. Unlike therapy, I find that supervision is usually funded privately or by your employer.
Reports and Indirect Support
I provide meaningful support that often extends beyond our face-to-face time. Tasks like writing reports, professional liaison, and creating resources are vital for your advocacy and belonging. I bill for these in 15-minute increments at my standard hourly rate, which varies depending on whether your funding is NDIS, Medicare, or private.
Travel
I host all my sessions via telehealth. I am not offering home or community visits involving travel currently.
Cancellations
I understand that life is unpredictable, and I want to support your nervous system through consistency. To keep my practice sustainable, I apply a late cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. This allows me to prepare my schedule and ensures I can continue providing heart-led support for everyone I work with.
Billing and Private Health
I only accept payments via direct bank transfer (EFT). After our session, I will provide a full receipt or invoice for your records or to help with your NDIS or private health claims. You may be able to use your private health insurance for parts of the fee; however, cover depends on your policy. I recommend you check with your insurer before our first session.

Paying My Invoices
I aim for the administrative side of our work to be as smooth as possible. You can pay for all my services via EFT (bank transfer). I will send you an automated invoice after our session, and I will issue a formal receipt as soon as your funds have cleared my account to help keep your records organised.

Health Insurance Info
Many private health funds offer rebates for my occupational therapy services. Because policies vary, I recommend you contact your provider to see if you are covered. Please keep in mind that legal guidelines mean I cannot process a private insurance claim and a Medicare rebate for the same consultation session.
Payment is accepted strictly through Electronic Funds Transfer.
