Support to understand yourself and create a life that fits

I provide one-to-one mental health occupational therapy for neurodivergent adolescent girls, young women and gender-diverse people. Together, we explore how your brain, body, identity, environment and everyday life interact—and what may help life feel more meaningful and sustainable.

All appointments are delivered by telehealth.

This is not a general paediatric or early-childhood OT service.

Tessa’s approach

My service is neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ and queer-affirming, trauma-informed, strengths-based, identity-aware, and occupation-focused. I work collaboratively and with deep respect for your autonomy, ensuring that the support provided is shaped by your own priorities and goals. We focus on understanding how your brain, body, and identity interact with the world around you. The goal is never to make you appear more neurotypical, compliant, or productive by standard measures, but to empower you to live authentically. Together, we develop strategies, routines, and environments that actually fit you—moving away from deficit-based models toward a life that feels genuinely sustainable and meaningful on your own terms.

Sessions are tailored to your unique interests and needs. We might focus on:
