Neuro-affirming, queer-led mental health OT support
1:1 Mental Health OT sessions
If you're a neurodivergent woman who's tired of holding it all together, you're in the right place.
I work in a trauma-informed way, at a pace that feels safe for you. Together, we explore your emotional, sensory, communication and social needs, so you can understand what's going on for you and why.
Â
Then we put that into practice in everyday life, like your routines, your space and your energy. The goal isn't to make you better at masking. It's to help you build a life where you don't have to.
Less holding it together, more life that fits.
Ever know exactly what you need to do, and still find yourself stuck on the couch, scrolling, wondering why your body won't get the memo? That gap between what's going on inside you and what you can actually do day to day is where I come in.

I use occupational therapy to help you close that gap, gently. We'll work on the practical side of executive functioning, like getting started, keeping track of the things that matter and switching tasks without the whole day unravelling.

If you're running on empty or already deep in burnout, we'll slow right down. We'll look at what's draining you, what fills you back up, and how to stop pushing through like it's a personality trait.

Then we'll build routines for study, work and home that you can keep up with on a hard day, not just a good one. And we'll set up your spaces so they feel kind to your senses and your nervous system, because you deserve a life that fits how you actually work.
