Free guide

Notice it on Wednesday

A free guide to spotting your overwhelm early, so you don't crash on Friday

Fine all day, then falling apart the second you get home? You're not lazy, dramatic or bad at being an adult. You're probably carrying a lot more than anyone can see.

Overwhelm doesn't arrive on Friday. It just gets loud on Friday. This free 20-page guide helps you notice the signs sooner, so you get more say in what happens next.

Free arts-based OT strategy

The Self Advocacy Zine

Some clients can’t tell you what they need, but they might be able to show you. This free 10-page guide introduces one arts-based OT intervention I use often: a small folded zine that clients make about themselves for someone in their life, like a TAFE teacher, manager or support worker. It’s simple, cheap, clearly linked to function and doesn’t need any artistic skill (yours or theirs).

Inside, you’ll find the clinical reasoning, materials and adaptations, ethics to think about, a four-session outline, page prompts, a composite example, and wording for session notes and NDIS reports.
