online Vision
Board Workshop

your new year vision

For all my people who love having something to look forward to, here's a little glimpse into what to expect during one of my online vision board workshops.

A vision board is a powerful tool for helping you clarify your goals, connect with what matters most to you, and keep your focus on the life you're intentionally creating. While some people view vision boarding as a manifestation practice, I see it as an opportunity to slow down, reflect, connect with yourself, and create a meaningful visual representation of your hopes, values, dreams, and intentions.

The process is personal, creative, and entirely your own. You don't need to be artistic or "good" at creating, there is no right or wrong way to make a vision board. During the workshop, you'll be guided through a series of reflective prompts to help you explore where you've been, where you are now, and where you'd like to head next. Together, we'll create space to dream, imagine possibilities, and identify what feels most important to carry forward into the coming months.

We'll begin by settling into the session with a grounding exercise and guided visualisation designed to help you connect with your future self, your goals, and the life you're hoping to create. From there, you'll have time to gather images, words, colours, and symbols that resonate with you, before arranging them into your own unique vision board.

Prior to the workshop, you'll receive a simple list of materials to gather, along with optional digital resources if you'd prefer to create your vision board electronically. Throughout the session, you'll have plenty of time to create, reflect, and share (if you choose to) within a supportive and welcoming environment.

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a completed vision board and a deeper sense of clarity about your goals, intentions, and next steps. Many people find that displaying their vision board somewhere visible helps them stay connected to what they're working towards and serves as a gentle reminder of what they're worthy of creating in their lives.

All you'll need is your chosen vision board materials, a comfortable space, a drink to keep you hydrated, and an open mind.

Spaces are intentionally limited to allow for meaningful connection, reflection, and discussion throughout the session.
