LGBTQIA+ therapy Support

You deserve support that doesn't require you to explain who you are.

For many LGBTQIA+ people, navigating life can involve much more than managing day-to-day responsibilities. It can mean exploring identity, questioning relationships, navigating family dynamics, recovering from experiences of discrimination, finding community, or learning how to live more authentically.

At Our Mindful Youth, I provide affirming Occupational Therapy support for LGBTQIA+ young people and adults. Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without needing to educate, justify, or minimise your experiences.

My approach is grounded in both professional experience and lived understanding of queer identity, creating a space that prioritises safety, curiosity, authenticity, and genuine connection.

Creating meaningful community

queer affirming therapy

I'm so passionate about creating spaces where queer people can speak honestly about identity, love, mental health, belonging, and personal growth.

I aim to create a therapeutic relationship that feels:

  • affirming rather than pathologising

  • collaborative rather than prescriptive

  • curious rather than judgemental

  • creative rather than clinical

  • grounded in your goals and values

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, that's what I'm here for.
