
Tessa Lloyd
Occupational Therapist dip. Art Therapy
Tessa holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Art Therapy. Her approach is holistic, creative, and always centred on the needs and goals of her clients.

She has pursued additional training in areas such as eating disorders, DBT, sensory approaches for mental health, supporting autistic clients, mindfulness and yoga-based practices, and trauma-informed care for adolescents. Tessa is also certified in Mental Health First Aid and is endorsed under the Better Access to Mental Health Care scheme, meaning clients are eligible for Medicare rebates.

Tessa is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build self-advocacy skills, and develop practical strategies for daily living so they can engage in life in ways that feel meaningful and fulfilling.
​
She is available for Telehealth and community based sessions in Melbourne and surrounding areas on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Isabelle Khamsone
Therapy Assistant
Isabelle has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is currently completing her Masters of Professional Psychology. Isabelle is our dedicated Therapy Assistant here at Our Mindful Youth, supporting children and young people to build confidence, independence, and real-world skills through consistent, compassionate guidance.
Working closely under the direction of our occupational therapists, Isabelle helps implement therapeutic strategies in practical, everyday settings, whether it’s building routines, practising social skills, or supporting sensory regulation at home, school, or in the community.

With a warm and approachable nature, Isabelle creates a safe space for young people to try new things, make mistakes, and grow at their own pace. She brings a passion for mental health, a strong understanding of neurodiversity, and a genuine commitment to empowering young people to thrive.

Renee Rekes
Admin Assistant
Renee is an experienced Mental Health support worker and Postpartum doula who supports families from all walks of life.
Renee also happens to be our administration assistant, supporting the Our Mindful Youth clinical team and is your first point of call, the friendly voice responding to all your calls and referrals.
When not working, Renee enjoys time with her family and spending as much time as she can by the beach!
